banana pudding

Grandma's banana pudding is one of our family's favorite desserts.
She even makes her own cookies instead of using Vanilla Wafers.

with a knick-knack paddywhack

I'm always looking for tips to improve my photography. I recently read to take random pictures of ordinary things around the house which I often do. And to take pictures of the same thing from five different angles. I often take shots from various angles but rarely five.
Here I tried the 5/1 tip with a household item: the treasured milk bone jar.

Jeff filled in as starter today for our old swim team. Seeing him in his fish shirt, straw hat with air horn in hand brought back some fun memories...

Feast your eyes on this leaded glass window in the restaurant called Feast.
Very British cuisine in the heart of Montrose...an interesting combination.

guest photog

After a crash lesson on shooting in Aperture mode and using the external flash, Nathan shot this picture of Molly cuddling with Patriot in his fort (i.e. under the coffee table).

Then he learned to kick it up a notch and focus on Pate's paw, creating a shallow depth of field.
Artsy.
